For the three-year-to-bond* membership option, the bond payment may be split over a three year period. $200 is due in the first year (2024), $200 in the second year (2025) and $100 in the third year (2026).

New fully bonded members for the 2024 season will receive five guest passes with their membership!

Please note: NON-BONDED Senior Single Memberships and NON-BONDED Senior Couple Memberships are no longer offered. If you would like to continue membership, you must purchase a bond.

If you are requesting a Summer Replacement for this year, please return the membership form to club’s address listed above. Bond membership dues still apply but will be refunded upon securing of the summer replacement membership. If payment is received after April 30, 2024, you will be assessed a penalty of $50.00. An additional penalty may be assessed if payment is not received within fifteen (15) days after the due date. (By-Law IV, Sections 12 &13). Requests received without remittance of membership dues will not be processed, and the summer replacement request will be denied. 

Cancellation requests received by March 30 are eligible for consideration for a refund. However, it is important to understand that refunds are neither guaranteed nor immediate. The corporation will determine the availability of refunds based on its financial status at the end of the pool season and in tandem with the influx of new memberships. This process ensures financial stability and fairness in the allocation of refunds.

Requests for cancellation of bond/membership certificates received after March 30 will be considered for a refund after the conclusion of the pool season. This consideration is contingent upon the club's financial status review at season's end and the successful acquisition of new memberships. Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed and depend on the financial health and membership dynamics of the club. This policy ensures that the club manages its resources responsibly and maintains financial stability throughout the season.
